The cost of your TK home does not include appliances, land, or well and septic systems/city water and sewer hookups (along with any other site costs). Every TK home includes a 2-year service warranty and a one-year service appointment to ensure everything in your home continues to operate smoothly. We are here to help address issues you may encounter and will respond to you within 48 hours of your request. Service calls within the first year of living in the home are free of charge, unless the issue is a result of homeowner neglect or fault.
