Financing

With established relationships with the best construction lenders in each state we service, TK is available to assist you in finding a lender in your area.

Pre-Construction

TK will stakeout your home, assist with building permits, prepare your home for construction, and set a framing date and completion date.

Construction

TK will begin construction on your home, which will include a final inspection by TK personnel and final acceptance by homeowner.

Service/warranty

Every TK home includes a 2-year service warranty and a one-year service appointment to ensure everything in your home continues to operate smoothly.
